    Everyone at Encompass Hospice has been fantastic. When my mother needed hospice care, I had no idea who to call. The hospital contacted Encompass for us. Within 30 minutes a representative was at the hospital to speak with me. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Most of all she made me very comfortable with this incredibly difficult decision.
    Once all of the paperwork was completed, the began setting up a ambulance to bring mom home. They also had a hospital bed, oxygen, suction system and supplies delivered to my house. That entire process took about 5 hours. The next day a nurse came out and evaluated mom's needs and set a plan of action in place to provide for not only my mom, but for me as her caregiver. It's been about 2 weeks now and I can honestly say that I have not had any issues with them. Everyone is extremely caring and compassionate. They always explain what is happening and what to expect. They are very responsive to any questions.
    In the end, no amount of medication and care was going to prevent mom ultimate passing away. But I can honestly say that they did everything in their power to make my mom's limited time as comfortable and peaceful as possible.

    We had such a fantastic experience at White plains Honda. We purchased a new (to us) Honda Pilot. All the people that helped us were fantastic. Joseph G , Jose M, Ivan, and Mike T were so attentive. listened to our needs, Had us in and out of the showroom quickly and beyond professional. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. I would definitely recommend WP Honda to anyone looking for a new car.

    I had the most AMAZING experience with Chris Paranzino and Teddy Douse. Both gentlemen were professional, patient and just the absolute best. This is my 3rd vehicle from White Plains Honda and I am very well pleased. Great team work. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for exceptional customer service.

    Buying an used car in a "sellers market' brought a lot of worries. But Billy Acevedo made everything easier and he was very honest. A car was sold before we could put a downpayment, but that didn't stop him from providing us with a very nice alternative. On his day off he came in to seal the deal and was very detailed and patient with all the paperwork that goes with it. I recommend seeking him out and trust his salesmanship.

    Had the best experience here and just came back for our second lease with them. Worked with Chris Paranzino and Jessica who put together an amazing deal. Both were professional and beyond courteous! Highly recommend this dealership!

    I had the pleasure of having Jessica Rodriguez help me buy a brand new car. She was extremely insightful about the options I wanted. Once we decided on what I wanted, she told me that I was not approved and needed a co-signer. I was about to give up and lucky she pulled some strings for me!! Beyond happy with my experience here and even more excited to be rocking my new car!
