I am from TN and I am not a big coffee drinker. I pick McDonald's coffee over Starbucks any day. I do not understand the hype of Starbucks and I will never understand. I tried Dutch Bros while on vacation. I could not believe how good it was. It was easy to order and the staff was helpful. It was the wait in line for this coffee. I am so jealous that I do not have one in TN. I hope they come to my city soon but while I am here I will be going back for more every day.

Update 10/05/20: STILL LOVE THIS PLACE HOWEVER, they do need to work on line control (tropicana). Lines are already long but when orders are taken before yours when you've already been in line waiting is a bit frustrating. As of today pulled into line at 7:10 am, saw two cars pull up AFTER ME on the other side that they took orders from. Sad to say that I had to leave the line at 7:24 without my order being taken because I had to get to work 😥 😔.

Long lines but customer service makes it worth the wait.

Great coffee, good service, and they are prepared to quickly work through a long line. Even when I've been stuck in line longer than I like... its worth every sip! Be sure to pull up their online menu if you have time, theres WAY more than they can fit on their menu boards!
