  A positive change has recently happened at ARP. Specifically speaking, in reference to providing service/maintenance on their rental properties.
  I have been with ARP for a couple of years and had been considering leaving the rental property due to what I felt like was poor service. Thankfully ARP must have taken note because it has been a complete change...Like night and day, seriously. My past two maintenance requests have been extremely pleasant. The work is completed in a timely manner and the communication has drastically improved.
  Specifically speaking, I would like to thank Erica Verbeck, who recently helped me with my last maintenance request. Her customer service skills are awesome, the communication she provided was great and in comparison the past service, she absolutely blew it out of the park on this. Honestly she just started and she deserves a raise based on the dramatic difference I have seen. If you have ever had a bad experience with ARP, know that things are different now.
  Thank you for the pleasant surprise in hiring her and getting rid of the previous team!
  
  P.s. I don’t know her and I’ve never met her lol. I also never write reviews but, I had to give her and ARP a shout-out on this.

  All of my encounters with the property management staff have been extremely professional. Staff is attentive to needs and they have a great response time. Overall very satisfied with the agency.

  Ms. Mena has been my Real Estate Broker /property manager for over a decade, and she is, by far, one of the best, if not the best, brokers /property managers in the business. Naturally, I decided to work with Belinda and her team when it was time to sell my home in the Summer of 2019.
