Good prices
We bought our house from this association a year ago. We didn’t have any problems with them. We won the bid. We just put in a fair bid and it was accepted. Perhaps some of these people rating them one star put in too low of a bid... hey, banks need to make at least 75% of what they have invested back! We have also been pointed to other properties for investments by these guys, and have not felt pressured to use them as our agents!
