This was my first vehicle service with Shamaley Ford and I have to say it was an amazing experience. I received an email stating my truck was due for a service, I followed the link in email to schedule it. I tried scheduling on line with other car manufacturers and it was always rescheduled so I assumed this one would too…. But it didn’t. I was pleasantly surprised. During the online scheduling experience, I was even able to choose my representative by name so I chose a gentleman named Jerry, whom I had dealt with one time previously. When it was time to pay, he helped to make sure that my Ford Pass points were on my account from when I purchased my truck which I used to pay for the service. I didn’t pay a dime thanks to Jerry.

If you're anything like my husband and I, then you HATE the process of buying a new car because the sales reps are pushy and the finance department people make you feel a bit judged. Luckily for people like us, Daila is sales and Felipe in finance have broken the mold and made the process enjoyable. Daila was knowledgeable and her bubbly personality made it hard to remember we had just met her! It felt like we had been friends forever and she was simply accompanying me. As for Felipe, he was patient and helpful. Not only did he explain every part of the process in detail, he took the time to make sure we understood what we were entitled to with our warranty and comfortable with our terms and agreement. So happy with the whole experience. Wish all of our car buying experiences had been equally as enjoyable.
Normally my experience at the dealers is a necessary evil to get the vehicle I want but in this case the manager as well as the finance Manager made my experience so beautiful. This was very different than my experience at Casa Ford when I considered buying the Ford bronco but they were raising the sticker price 10,000 above retail. Glad to see that Shamaley refused to do this. They were also patient for a week because I was overseas when the vehicle arrived. But they kept the vehicle for me until I got it today!
