I was at the Lucchese store In the outlet mall west of El Paso one day just browsing and a very nice salesman named Juan Hernandez waited on me. I found a pair of boots that I loved but I was not able to purchase them at the time. When I called back a few months later the store had closed and all of the inventory had been moved to their store on Montana. One year later I contacted Lucchese via voicemail. Juan happened to be the one that called me back to help me. He remembered me and he remembered the boots. I Purchased the boots on the phone with Juan. I just received my boots and they arrived only three days after placing my order. The boots fit like a glove and you just can’t go wrong with a pair of Lucchese boots! Thank you Juan Hernandez!
