Dr is Awesome, very patient and listen's to everything you say and understand how you feel. He always makes sure you understand what he says.
The staff on the other hand is awful. They never answer the phone and when they do they put you on forget you hold. For a priscription they transfer to to Rose she puts you on forget you hold. You leave a message for her to return your call and you never get it. I've had to go several times to the office just to get what I need.
Chukwu is amazing, but having to wait 3 hours maybe more every visit is the downfall. The office staff is also very welcoming. You have to plan basically half a day to see him. I’ve been with him for 3-4 years now but I’m going to change Drs because of the wait. /:
Wonderful bedside manner, takes his time to listen and answer all questions. Wait time is a bit long, office staff is friendly though.
