  Mr. Escalante has been so helpful. Whenever something new comes up with my mom's health insurance, he has been tremendously accommodating. His customer service is impeccable! I wish all offices treated people with the same respect and care. I would recommend him to anyone.

  I have used Farmers insurance for years and Ian and his staff (specially Sarah) have always answer our questions with patience and respect they understand that sometimes insurance language is hard to understand. We feel that they have our best interests in mind n are not just chasing the money like other insurers out there. In all the years we have been with Ian we have nothing negative to say in the contrary, we have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you!!
