  An appointment is not neccesary respected. More than two hours waiting to be seen by the dr. They need to control the amount of people inside the lobby. Not enough chair for elderly people, patient waiting stand and also outside. Dr. Hernandez explain everything pretty well a dtook his time to go over everything.
  
  Now the organization of the place and waiting time is where improvement can be done

  Dr Hernandez takes his time with you and listens to you as well. Surprisingly the wait time In The lobby was approximately 35 min and once I was in a examining room my wait there was short as well about 5 min . The staff is very Friendly and efficient. My family all goes to this office and we have all received the same service. Keep up the good work guys good show.

  Mom and I have been patients of Dr Hernandez for about 4 years. We're both very happy with him. He's very attentive, caring, informative and patient. If referrals are need, he takes care of it immediately. Sometimes even leaving from his office to the referral. As far as the office...everyone there has always helped me. Very happy with them also. I do recommend Dr Hernandez to everyone!

  Dr. Hernandez was very helpful, he listened to all of my concerns and explained all of my treatment thoroughly. I was in and out of my appointment in less than an hour. My only complaint is his front office staff, after being seen so quickly I expected to get my prescriptions and medical records back quickly too. After waiting 30 minutes for my paperwork I asked if I still needed to wait on something. They answered very rudely that the doctor was still typing the report. Then after it had been an hour, I let them know that I was still waiting. They apologized and let me know that their office manager was in a meeting so they would not have the report ready until after the manager was out. I had to leave to work so I asked them to call me when the paperwork was ready. It's been a few days now and still haven't heard back. I have also left a voicemail and still have not received a response. In summary the doctor is wonderful, but the office staff is not at all.
