(July 13, 2020, 8:25 pm)I have had RL Carriers deliver items to my residence on 3-4 occasions and each and every time my shipments have arrived when promised and in excellent condition. One of the shipments I received from RL was a replacement from a shipment I received from UPS. The shipment I received from UPS was destroyed and the item was all dented. So RL delivered the replacement from the company I ordered from and it arrived in perfect condition and not even a tear on the shipping box. The delivery driver s are very professional and their customer service representative are professional and polite. Great service... thanks
