If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I would. I had another embroidery shop completely drop my small order of three pairs of shorts that I wanted UTEP logos put on to send to some family members for Christmas because they were "too busy" after assuring me that my week in advance pre paid order would be ready by the 18th, GUARANTEED!. Well that was a complete lie. After I explained to your employee what happened and she saw that I was upset because the gifts were probably not gonna make it before Christmas day she took my order and let me know that she would do her best to have this out as quickly as possible. I received an email back the same day to let me know that they were ready for pick up. F-ING AWESOME! The items may not make it for my loved ones to open Christmas morning, but you guys definitely saved the day. Thank you so much for your professionalism and promptness! I am telling everyone I know to bring all their embroidery needs to you guys from now on. You have gained a customer for life with what you did.
