  Walked in and was checked in within 7 minutes by a courtious and kind staff. After a short wait (maybe 10 minutes) a medical tech escorted me to an exam room. She took my vitals then assured me that the doctor would be right in. Doctor came in, asked my complaint, examinded me. He displyed sympathy, empathy and attentiveness, then had a Tech come give me a shot and take lab samples. Left to pick up my Rx at the Pharmacy. I went back, when the labs came back, and was quickly seen by a PA, who explained the results, in detail, and she gave me a course of action.
  
  I could not have expected better treatment from my own PCM / Family doctor back home.

  The staff were courteous and professional. The doctor and nurse were open and addressed all my concerns. The only down side was the hearing booth. It’s location and lack of sound proofing made hearing tones difficult due to the noise of conversations and other audio distractions outside the booth.

  I went to the Concentra located on 6320 Gateway for a full physical. Including blood work, eye exam,and TB testing for my current employment and this place was so welcoming! From the time I walked through the doors I was greeted promptly by the staff behind the counter and they got me signed in right away. The gentleman (I think his name is Alvaro) who did my blood work was awesome! He was so polite and gentle and he definitely loves his job by the care he gives his patients! I would definitely recommend this Concentra to anyone who in need of doctors care.

  My experience with Concentra Urgent Care was great right from the start. Very courteous and you can see that customer care is first in their business! They work together like a well oiled machine with very good respect for thier customers! They talk to you throughout the whole process so you know what is going on! Very Organized from the front desk to the doctors! Everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying their jobs! Would recommend anyone to go their! Simply an enthralling and professional place that serves customers far above any reproach.

  Great service, friendly staff, expect a wait however but this is common with these places.
