Corralito Steak House (5800 Doniphan)

We were supposed to go to Cattleman’s to have dinner and I’m so glad we ended up coming out here instead of waiting one and a half hour to be seated. The restaurant has definitely upgraded and the menu and service were exceptional! Our waiter Alex was great, attentive and checked up on us frequently. The food didn’t disappoint either! The melted cheese with rajas was delicious, our steaks were perfectly cooked and the side dishes were amazing.I can’t say enough great things about our experience. We will definitely come out here again. 5 Stars!

Service good...kitchen slow. Food good but i ordered my Mexican burger medium rare and got it a bit closer to medium
Kitchen slow so i didn't send it back. Margarita was perfect

Went in for lunch and waited forever just to order drinks. Then it took forever to get the drinks and again to place our food order. fifty-five minutes after arrival, we get Luke-warm food. I ordered the tampiqueña medium well and it was charred! People who arrived after we did were served while we waited. Very disappointed and will not be back.

UPDATE: We have gone back and have had good experiences. In all fairness, I am re-reviewing because I have been back twice since my last review and have to say the food was great and the service was awesome.
