The sales associate Lyndsey was very thorough and professional. Demonstrated lots of patience with me as I picked various frames. She even went so far as to look up a comparable frame without being asked for my husband for a pair that he lost and was discontinued.

I went to the Sunglass Hut at University Town Center Mall in Sarasota FL on 5/18/21 to return a pair of sunglasses. The woman who greeted me immediately lost her pleasant demeanor as soon as I told her I needed to return something. She inspected my receipt and then as soon as she removed the glasses from the case, told me they had a scratch on them. She cleaned the glasses abs continued to insist there was a scratch. We moved around the store trying to find the right light so I could see whatever it was she was seeing. I never was able to see a scratch anywhere and was certain there wasn’t one since I had only worn these glasses once. She stated to me “I can’t put these back on the shelf due to the defect, so my best advise would be to continue wearing them so you get used to them”. I left the store and as soon as I got to my car I inspected the glasses again. No scratches anywhere. I then drove to the Ellenton Outlet Mall and went Into the Sunglass Hut there. I was greeted by a younger woman who bent over backwards to help me. She tried helping me actually find a pair I might like in exchange. It turned out I did find a pair and ended up spending an additional $100 for something I’m very happy with. In saying that, if you want exceptional service abs are in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, don’t go to the UTC Mall. Service is terrible!!! There are 3 locations at the Ellenton Outlet Mall and I’ve had exceptional service at them all!
