I declined the opportunity to use a computer program to determine what mattress was suited for us. We used the lay on it technique. Salesperson was knowledgeable of the products. She did a good job answering our questions. There was a delay of 2 days from the originally scheduled delivery.

I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the young man who helped us, I’d like to commend him by name. He was very knowledgeable, personable and patient. The first mattress we tried turned out to be too soft. He gladly arranged to pick that mattress up and deliver one we hope will work for us. This store is very clean, the prices clearly displayed, the company professional.
