Hello, your office has helped me four times in person with Drivewise alone. I didn't know what I was doing wrong on my smart phone. Too bad the Allstate GPS was not able to record some of my trips. Viola suggested I call Tech Support and a gentleman there walked me through what I was doing wrong on my phone. The battery had to be changed to almost "off" so other apps weren't interfering. Viola also helped me with the Texas FAIR Plan Association, and we have more coverage on our home now. Thank you so very much!
