  Ken Davis was the manager who helped my family pick the perfect mattress, he was very kind and professional. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and listened to our suggestions and questions throughout the process. He was also very understanding with our curious toddler getting into almost everything and one of us always getting up to chase after him.

  I had been researching mattresses for two months, looking for the right mattress for the right price. I became frustrated running into online adds and getting little to no understanding of what I wanted, why I wanted it, and where to get it. Finally, I decided to stop in to a Mattress Firm to just get an idea. My plan was to walk out of there and keep looking. However, after meeting Alejandra and listening to her for only five minutes I knew she was dedicated to finding what I wanted. She was knowledgeable and patient. She listened and made suggestions based off what I told her I wanted and not what she thought I wanted. When I decided that the time to purchase was now, the process was effortless. I met her colleague by the name of Ken, who walked me through the financial process, warranty and made me feel extremely comfortable in my purchase. He also walked me through the after purchase process, which included the delivery and the set up. It was a huge purchase but I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way things were handled and how much this store values a customers experience. I continued to call the next to days changing my delivery time, as my schedule kept changing and every time I spoke with Ken he was so professional understanding and accommodating. No questions asked just made it happen! Although, this is a mere piece of my appreciation, I hope this review serves as a representation of the dedication and hard works you all showed in getting me the mattress I wanted. Thank you!!

  Mom found the perfect new mattress and we're getting it tomorrow. No high pressure but very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and really nice.

  My wife and I were greeted by David. David shared he just started working at this location a few weeks ago. David showed great interest answering our questions. David was not shy about asking Kenneth Davis (On-Site Manager) for clarification and assistance.
  
  Kenneth was taking care of two other customers and showed great disposition helping David ensuring we received all pertinent information. We made our selection and proceeded with the purchase.
  
  Kenneth is a true professional. He made sure everything we ordered was documented. Kenneth followed up the next day. The delivery and installation was completed in less than 24 hours without a glitch.

  My wife and I walked into to the sunland park store and received a warm welcome from Kenneth. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the different kinds of mattresses. He was able to set up our delivery and mattress haul off quickly. Very happy with our experience, we highly recommend Ken!
