I found Dr Gross through google maps. Checking out previous reviews said he was a fairly nice and gentle man. Those reviews did not disappoint.

My appoint was at 11:45. I arrived at 11:25 to fill out paperwork and was in my car at 12:01. This constitutes the most efficient doctor's visit I've ever had in my life.

I went in to have a some impacted earwax removed. I explained to the Doctor what as going on, he asked me some questions about my history with it then proceeded to get to work. If you've never had this done, then its hard to explain how painful it is. Having had this done multiple times, it can also drag on for quite a while. Dr. Gross went in and finessed half the thing out before I knew what happened to me. Took a small break, he switched out some tools to make the situation more comfortable and it was quickly over.

Out of all the times I've been made to feel like my inner ear is being ripped off, this has been the most pleasant one and efficient one.

One big difference, which is important to note, was that when I had asked the previous doctor about preventing this situation, I was told there wasn't much to do about it. When I asked Dr. Gross, he said that doing some upkeep cleanings would prevent the build up. Soon as both ears were clean, I was scheduled for my next appointment to prevent that "taking your brains out through ear like a scary movie moment" feeling.

Dr. Gross was very thorough and took the time to explain and answer my questions. Great Staff. Highly recommend.

Dr. Gross was really nice during my visit at the office. Very caring for my situation and not only just for my nose but other things I have going on. At one point I thought I wouldn't have my procedure done but they have definitely stepped up to the plate. Very professional on handling the situation. I'm very impressed with Dr and Jennifer.. Thank you guys so much.

Dr.Gross helped me out so much!!!! We had a little issue and was able to help me out with that as well. Highly highly recommend him. He’s very nice and makes me feel very comfortable!
