I was unable to walk because my feet hurt so bad. Thank God Dr La Rosa was able to get me in and see me the same day I called. He was very kind, professional, knowledgable and was able to tell me what was going on with my feet and what his treatment plan was without losing me with medical terms/language. Within a few days I was 100% better and can now take a step without worrying if this is the step that is going to stop me for a moment because of the pain. “This mobile home community has been in new ownership since 2018 and new management since 2020; and since then we have removed all the riff-raff from the community, we have consistently cleaned up the exterior of the community, we have trained all the tenants to cut their grass regularly and keep their yards/porches clean, we have consistenly disciplined violators, and we do background checks on all applicants who want to move in. Comparing how this mobile home community was in 2018 to how this place looks and is operating now is a night and day difference in the right direction. We aren't perfect but we have greatly improved and are continuing to improve. We will continue to strive to make/keep this place a safe, peaceful, and clean place for our residents.”

“I called for a scorpion issue, I got same day service. The guy was really polite, on time and professional. Only thing is I wish he had of sprayed inside the house a bit more in detail & the first night after he sprayed, I had about 8 roaches laying dead outside my house . I hadn’t seen roaches before then so I don’t know if the service helped or harmed me more. I will update if problem gets better.”
