My latest unit located at 2250 Joe Battle Blvd is in a great location from my residence. Maggie and JoAnne quickly addressed my concerns without me having to ask. I also like the fact that I was able to reserve a unit online and get an online discount. I would recommend this place to anyone. UPDATE: I’m getting prepared for yet another move and the move out process was so convenient as always. Once again, Maggie provided exceptional customer service. She’s always so kind. “My mom suffered a fall on a Saturday and when she fell on the pavement her glasses scratched to the point where she could not see through them. We went to her former optical and they were not going to be able el help her until Tuesday. My mom is a teacher and works on assignments over the weekend for Monday’s virtual classes. She was devastated. I drove her to Stanton Optical at the fountains. Wow! What a difference. Jonathan demonstrated empathy and was able to set her up with the Dr. for an exam. We then went to select my moms glasses and that’s were we were introduced to Miss Nancy. She was very respectful, asked questions to my mom and we were both impressed with her ability to help us and the many other customers in the store. She was thorough with the paperwork and in the 2 weeks, we were able to pick up my moms prescription. It started with Jonathan setting the pace and handing us off to Nancy. Thank you both for showing how much you care for your customers and for making this an easy transition for my mom. She was and is very pleased. We will definitely be your customers for time to come.
