“Richard and Daniel came to replace the angle shut-off valves and drain piping under my bar sink so I could properly connect the water intake pipes and drainage tubing. Due to so old piping and cabinets the job was more challenging then was first expected. They worked together to resolve the issue and the ice maker connections are all in good working order. I am very pleased with the work that Richard and Daniel did for me.”

“Very reliable and professional company. My husband has worked here for around 5 years now and they have been awesome to us. Ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. After having my son I was home alone with him and had a seizure. Finally managed to find the number to the office, as my husband wasn't getting service in the basement of the building he was working in. The ladies were very nice and understanding, especially since Im sure i sounded rather off and probably hard to understand. Within minutes my husband was tracked down and sent home. His boss has never given him a hard time when he has needed to stay home or leave early when my epilepsy has gotten out of control or during pregnancy and after birth complications. They care about more than just money. They care about their employees and families too. To me, that speaks volumes. Now, thats personal experience. When speaking of the company from more of a professional stance, they are very "by the book" when it comes to the work they produce and the safety of their crews. Highly recommend, not just because of the personal experience I've had with them or my husband being employed by them but because, they truly are a great company all around.”

“I stayed here for close to month while tending to my father, who was a patient in a nearby hospital. The entire hotel was very clean. But where this place really shined, was the staff. Everyone, from the desk clerks, housekeeping, and the breakfast server were extremely kind and very accommodating. They couldn’t have been nicer. They definitely made my stay here a very pleasant experience during a very stressful time.”

“My wife and I went there with two grand kids for about 5 hours. They charge $12/adult and $10 per child ($44 total). Although it did not "break the bank", I can imagine there are many families who cannot afford this. When you arrive they thoroughly search bags and purses-- ensuring nobody brings in food or drink (including water bottles). They had a stash of confiscated water bottles and drinks next to the guy searching our bag. This, of course means people will be spending another $20-40 on drink and food/snacks. Again, that really penalizes lower income families-- especially larger families. The facility itself is very nice-- with tables with large umbrellas and beach chaises. I was surprised to find out that their large private lounging areas rent for $110 for the day!! In conclusion, this is a very nice water park-- in very good condition. There is an area for toddlers, younger kids, a small "flowing river", and a large general purpose pool. We enjoyed our time there, but personally think it is too pricey for many El Pasoans. Maybe they could consider promotions to discount the entry price?”

“My daughter attends here and I have had nothing but a good experience with EVERYONE....! The front admin. staff is very friendly and professional especially Mr. Rios and Mrs. Pena. The cafeteria employees are especially friendly and helpful, so caring. I know that this school needs a lot of help but also volunteers, but that is solely based on the parents choice to help in their child's school. If you want to see a difference, then make a difference by volunteering at your child's school! I did!”
