“My wife was involved in a front end collision a few weeks ago. We decided to take our vehicle to Shamaley Collision Center. Our estimator, Ivan Duran, was professional and courteous when we dropped off our vehicle. He was understanding of our concerns with the repairs but assured us we would forget all about them after they were done. He was incredibly informative and even sent pictures of the progress. It really was a piece of mind seeing our vehicle being taken care of. There was a slight delay with the delivery of some parts which delayed the repairs but we were kept updated on the situation, which was greatly appreciated. We, also, kept in mind that we were in a pandemic and understood it was not Shamaley's fault for the delay of the parts. We could not be any happier with the results of our vehicle's repairs. “I came here today to meet with the GM Monica after she reached out to me since U had a previous bad experience, I've been eating Taco Bell for a long time more often than other restaurants and am so happy to see that there are still restaurant owners out here that want their customers to feel welcome and to be able to talk with them! “Sitting outside is awesome if the weather is nice! Awesome customer service. Mimosas were a little pricey but they tasted amazing! There are gluten-free options on the menu even if they’re not advertised! The only reason why I can’t give this place a five star review, is because the portions of the skillets are very small compared to the price so if you have a big appetite I recommend getting another side on top of the skillet. Everything tasted wonderful!”
