The Hospitals of Providence Horizon City Campus

I am very pleased with the care my brother received at this ER. All staff was very attentive and kind. Nurse Penny was very thorough and knowledgeable. Nurses Penny and Monica, the doctors and staff, exhibited quick response in medical issues and their expertise was impressive.

Great experience my son had a febroil seizure the staff ran in to action the nurse was able to get an iv in one shot the dr was amazing we were transferred to the children providence in down town where we had horrible service thank you to the staff at the emergency room for helping us and being so grate

Been here 2 different times and this emergency room is great. Didnt wait over 30 min each time. Drs and nurses are very polite and take their time explaining and answering all your questions and results. Very happy with my experiences here.

We have used this ER twice in the last 6 months.
The first time it was for myself. I ended up with a herniated disc in my back. The staff was professional and always kept me in the loop as to what they were doing. All tests were done quickly and the results were always given within the timeframe they gave us. I was in out and done in such a short time which of course is a plus
The second time was for my 2 year old son. He has a cut to his head that needed help. The nurse was so gentle cleaning him up! They were so fast with him. Tried the least invasive treatment first but it did not work for him. They were so gentle and careful getting his stitches in that he literally fell asleep while they sewed him up!
This ER has been the absolute best I've ever been to.
