Natalia went above and beyond for me, she was guardian Angel today. She’s a keeper! Excellent service. I’ll go out of my way to visit this store again because of her!!

Helpful but not truthful

I should have done some homework before purchashing phone.
U do not need a single small port charger that is useless except for phone.
I returned it.
I did get a good screensaver but i would not have purchased one so expensive. She installed it on phone and i did not see price.
My fault for not asking, did not know this brand was so expensive..
I was told i would get a discount but I did not. Again my fault for not checking reveipt properly.
Next time will buy online from a real Verizon store. These sub stores are just out for sales.

Very nice friendly and willing to help. I had Randy who went above and helping me in which I am not high tech. I super appreciate everything Randy help me with I truly recommend him for any step promotion. I definitely recommend this location and ask for Randy
