I recently moved back to El Paso and I was looking for a place to get my routine oil change. The staff was knowledgeable and very kind. They even assisted with changing my windshield wipers. They were also very fast and efficient. I also felt very secure and safe while they serviced my vehicle.

My son took his first car there to get an oil change. Mind you, he is 16 and his first car. The personnel took the time to explain to him what he needs to look out, mechanical wise. They showed him how the oil is suppose to look and all. Amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend this place. He was so excited and happy that he learned a few things. Thank you guys

This place has always offered great service. But today, both Elías and Ricardo attended me with outstanding courtesy and professionalism. They turned a typical boring oil change trip into a pleasant experience. These 2 professional technicians deserve a pay raise. Businesses like lube x are successful because of their front line employees representing the ownership.

The technicians working were friendly and courteous, they also worked quickly on our vehicle. We waited in our vehicle while they serviced it. It can be a bit pricey but if the job is well done them I'm assuming its worth it.

Attended to promptly. Attendant was courteous. Shop is clean which speaks for how well it's managed. Very professional. COVID-19 precautions in place. I did not have to get out of my vehicle. I will return to service my other vehicle and recommend this shop to everyone.
