“Did not have them work on my vehicle, so this review is strictly about customer service. There was an older couple having a tire repaired when I got there. The tech was very polite and straight forward; did not force them to buy a new tire or try to upsell, he was straight and honest about what was/could be done and when he was asked about putting on the spare instead of buying a new tire, he was very professional and obliged the older man who owned the truck. My car had broken down and I went In to ask about some parts for a quick fix until I could get a replacement, ( they did not sell the part). The young lady behind the desk was very polite and worked with me and the techs to find something that would work. I will be going back in the future to see how their work is, but if their work is anything like their customer service, I have nothing to worry about. 5 Stars.”

“Excellent mechanics here. Took my truck in for some ac work to a random shop and was quoted $1,200 so I decided to get a second opinion brought my truck here and they were able to pin point the exact problem instead of trying to replace parts that work perfectly fine. I ended out paying $175. They did an awesome job of explaining exactly what the bad part does and even showed me what was replaced. This is the most honest auto shop I've dealt with in el paso. Definitely recommend!”

“We had a blown out tire and called them. My nephew had found an add that advertised them as being open on Sundays. The man said they were no longer open on Sundays but that since it was their mistake he would take care of us. We waited 20 minutes and he showed up. In les than another 20 we were on our way. My cousin paid him and the man said that my cousin was overpaying him. My cousin clarified that he was giving him a big tip for going the extra mile. That shows you how honest he was also. Great experience. Will recommend to everyone.”

“I was looking for new tires for a while, then suddenly with a help of big brother we found this place! Lots of tires there, in good condition. Anyone looking for used tires at good price, this place is highly recommended. You can get each tire for as low as 20 bucks! They will charge an additional $2.5 for your old tire disposal if you leave them there though. Still pretty good deal.”

“After much research and visiting a couple of other service shops, I trusted my gut and went with Stewart & Stevenson to service the Allison transmission in my Class A motorhome. The service supervisor knew exactly what the job required and answered all of my follow up questions. They also did a radiator flush and checked my suspension. They determined that all was good and that I didn’t require any expensive replacements or work done. Very honest assessment. If you want the job done right, by qualified service technicians, I’d definitely recommend Stewart & Stevenson in El Paso. In addition to the quality of the work performed, the customer service was outstanding! A solid 5 stars!”
