I haven’t been trained personally here but if I’ve ever had a quick simple question on something with a workout, I’ve never been turned away and my question is always answered. The staff and people are friendly and I always see the trainers and their trainees working together and communicating, I’ve never seen an issue. The equipment is great and they’re always bringing new things to the gym to utilize and it’s clean. The smoothies are great, the meal preps are astonishingly amazing! It’s open 24/7 and there’s no contracts for a membership. Definitely a gym to be at if you want to improve and feel motivated at. :) Nothing but LOVE!”
