They were first at the rio bravo location, i followed them at the new location, although its far from where i live, because i feel like my family’s medical needs are taken care of very well. “My name is Ruben Meraz and I was diagnosed with diabetes July 2016. EPDA (El Paso Diabetes Association) is a great organization dedicated to helping those individuals that have diabetes and their families as well by providing a wealth of knowledge on all facets of this disease. The classes that EPDA offers are very informative and have been extremely helpful in helping me control my glucose levels. Topics covered in the classes include what actions we can take to control our glucose levels from reading and understanding food labels, exercise, managing stress and making sure we take our prescribed meds as needed - all in an easy to understand detailed level. We also learn the impact of not following our plan to control diabetes by participating in follow-up processes to ensure we are making use of the information provided. I am very thankful for all that I have learned from the EPDA that has made it possible for me to manage my glucose levels. Additionally, participating in the support group meetings as well as completing the EPDA cooking classes and being part of the EPDA Events has given me an understanding of what I am up against and how to overcome it. This is knowledge that I now wish I had when my father and grandfather were diagnosed with diabetes. Thank you again for the education you have provided that has helped me manage this disease.”

“I’ve been here 3 times so far and brought my son after having such a great experience. I don’t know all the technical terms for a haircut with all the fades and hard parts and line ups and such, but after explaining what I wanted with Ashley she gave me the cut that I wanted exactly. The price for a haircut, although high, is right for the time and attention they spend to give you what you want. If you want a good hair cut don’t go cheap and don’t be in a hurry. I’ll be back again and be a regular. Pretty sure next time I go back I can just ask for “the usual” as they take notes of each cut so they remember what they did last.”

“UPDATE: I am so sorry I was so upset that day. I reviewed the wrong place. It is the imaging center in building next to hospital. I will repost on correct business wall. Thank you to this business for reaching out to me. I updated to five stars for responding to a Patient compliant when it wasn't even your patient. If I could I would give zero stars. Showed up for my appointment after great difficulty scheduling my appointment. Backgound: they found something on my mammogram super worried scared... My doctor told me schedule the follow up test asap. They had faxed orders. I've never been in this situation so I had no idea what the follow up test was. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist looked perplexed and asked if I had an appointment. I asked "am I not on the schedule?" She then in a very rude tone stated "did I say you didn't have an appointment! " when I stated "yes you did" she then continued to try and argue with me over what she said. I ended it there just telling her she won the argument. Then it continued...she asked to see my orders. I didn't have them since they were faxed but that didn't stop her from telling me that I scheduled my appointment wrong. Anyway, was not able to do my appointment because they scheduled it wrong. I will not return to this the office. I'm still stuck with an abnormal mammogram still worried scared and thinking about what to do next. I've spent the morning crying. If you have something serious and you need staff to treat you like a human do not go to this Imaging center.”
