I grew very fond of the staff at this facility because of the treatment that my father received. Although my father has passed on, I still continue to visit the staff and a patient that was housed in the same room as my father, every time I walk in that place I remember my father but I still continue visiting this facility because I feel very at ease what the treatment that my father received and how he was always cared for in the best manner possible. As always, Jessica was friendly and caring during my routine vitals and lab draws. Amanda Sanchez, PA, also very caring and approachable with questions and concerns. Total time spent in clinic was approximately 30 minutes. I have always been pleased with clinics professionalism and will keep returning for routine exams or minor illnesses. “My mom suffered a fall on a Saturday and when she fell on the pavement her glasses scratched to the point where she could not see through them. We went to her former optical and they were not going to be able el help her until Tuesday. My mom is a teacher and works on assignments over the weekend for Monday’s virtual classes. She was devastated. I drove her to Stanton Optical at the fountains. Wow! What a difference. Jonathan demonstrated empathy and was able to set her up with the Dr. for an exam. We then went to select my moms glasses and that’s were we were introduced to Miss Nancy. She was very respectful, asked questions to my mom and we were both impressed with her ability to help us and the many other customers in the store. She was thorough with the paperwork and in the 2 weeks, we were able to pick up my moms prescription. It started with Jonathan setting the pace and handing us off to Nancy. Thank you both for showing how much you care for your customers and for making this an easy transition for my mom. She was and is very pleased. We will definitely be your customers for time to come. “I am on my feet all day for work. My feet are my livelihood. I had sores on my right foot on the last two small toes and a corn/sores on my left foot between the two small toes. I was unable to walk because my feet hurt so bad. Thank God Dr La Rosa was able to get me in and see me the same day I called. He was very kind, professional, knowledgable and was able to tell me what was going on with my feet and what his treatment plan was without losing me with medical terms/language. Within a few days I was 100% better and can now take a step without worrying if this is the step that is going to stop me for a moment because of the pain.
