“I've come about 2 or so times and worked with Hector in the Service department both times. Him and the staff there have been great and genuine in the suggestions they have for me, the health of my vehicle and the services they provide. Both times I've been to have services (oil, tire repair, tune up, etc), they completed the task quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions easily. There have been few dealerships and their service departments I've trusted to return to when it comes to mine and my family's vehicles, but I honestly can say I trust Hector and his team and highly recommend them.”

“Great shop. Frank provides quality service at a great price. We had some issues due to miscommunication but after we sat down and talked about it everything was resolved. I highly recommend this place to anyone. One advice is to set up your communication preferences early in the beginning. This way there will be no problems. Frank has a hearing problem due to loud noises, so make sure you speak slowly and as loud as possible. Overall the experience was very unique but a pleasant one. Five stars and by the way I am not related to the owner. I do believe that quality of work should be recognized and he did a great job.”

He listens, explains, and cares. I was in search of a new OB after mine retired. I was scared and worried I would never find another OB whom I would feel comfortable with.
