Cheapest meat in BBQ, smallest portion? Brisket a little dry. Ribs a little tough. Don't get me wrong, it's not a horrible experience, it's worth the visit and the food is good, but as a BBQ connoisseur, I can't give this five stars, it's just not that kind of Texas bbq. Sorry.
