  If you live anywhere near Ennis Texas do yourself a favor and try out this spa. I had a full day of beauty recently including massage and facial with brow tinting and quite frankly I'll never go back to blonde eyebrows again! My skin was glowing when I left! I will admit I wanted a nap afterwards though and may do my next visit later in the day to accommodate the nap!!! Prices are also more reasonable than anyone else in Ellis County without skimping on the relaxing spa atmosphere. They are now my go to for relaxation. (Side note for fellow healthcare workers, it is extremely clean without the sanicloth odor 😆!!!)

  I’ve now had 2 facials with Emma, and she is absolutely amazing!! The difference in my skin is incredible, after suffering from Rosacea, intense dry skin, breakouts, you name it, my skin is looking better than ever after just 2 facials! I can’t wait to see what it looks like this time next year! If you have any skin issues you want to address, or just have an amazingly relaxing facial, run don’t walk to Emma at Mind & Body Wellness Spa!

  Been here quite a few times. The yoga instructors are awesome, we always get a good relaxing workout in during class. And the sauna will have your skin feeling super soft and oh so clean. The owners are super friendly and really put a lot into making your experience fulfilling and stress free. Great products, love their scrubs, body oils and candles. You really can't go wrong here.

  Emma was so professional & helpful during my facial. The products sold in house are well thought out and the staff is knowledgeable of them. Perfect spa for ennis. Comfortable, clean and professional. I will be back!!!

  Started going for the yoga on Saturdays but had to switch to the session on Wed. and they were very accommodating, made the process run so smooth. The class itself is great. Owner is very pleasant to talk to, and everyone that works there is so sweet. The decor is very calming and I'm excited to try out new amenities just based on the sneak peeks of some of the rooms! The 1 and only draw back is the scheduling site used doesn't allow you to access the reminder link and decline or reschedule. If you click the reminder link it automatically confirms you're attending. If you think by not clicking the link that it won't book your class or appointment it doesn't work that way, you are counted as a no show. You have to physically call & cancel. Otherwise everything about this place is amazing. Highly recommend.
