(January 13, 2019, 12:40 pm)Ms. Owen's one star rating must be in error as you don't make a rating like that and give no reason. All I can say is great service, input/feed back, recommendations, and follow-up. I rolled all my insurance policies over from SF (except my motorcycle) last year and saved well over $1200. I can't speak to any claim filing/results (hope I never have to) but I am quite confident the service consistancy will remain great.

Not only does it have the most experienced agents but it also has an awesome leader and mentor running it in Jeff Honeycutt! My agent Jennifer Nunnery is always so informative and knowledgeable, I can always go to her with any questions regarding any form of policy. I know them personally through opening my life insurance policy and have grown to call them friends! I would HIGHLY recommend this agency for any of your policy needs! 5 stars ALL DAY LONG!
