So thankful for Jacqueline Avalos and her team. I was happy they took BCBS insurance. Was even more thankful they help me get back to me. After a few therapy sessions was better equipped to deal with my panic disorder. Also, Jacqueline helped me see that it’s okay to ask for help to get through tough or trying times. Highly recommend them if you need help.

I was barely holding on to life when the Lord put Jackie from Restoring Minds Counseling Services into my life. I came from a very abusive past and marriage but she has helped me work through and overcome so much of that. There really are no words that could accurately describe the gratitude that is in my heart. If you are struggling at all through this life, I highly recommend her or any of the other therapists at Restoring Minds Counseling Services. Sometimes we just need a little help digging out and working through the stuff that's underneath the surface.
I promise, if you reach out for help, you'll be so glad that you did.

The team at Restoring Minds is incredible. They help establish accurate and meaningful treatment plans to help you get to the place that you want to be. They are patient, flexible and purposeful with their sessions and goals. I have seen tremendous success and growth in my life and mental clarity while under their treatment. The best part is that they don’t operate solely on a “couch therapy” concept. There are targets you are working to conquer and there is an end goal so that you’re not just stuck talking to a therapist for an infinite amount of time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with trauma or mental cloudiness.
