Ann was always helpful in providing information and contacting us promptly. Kelvin was helpful in assisting with the physical labor....helped move things, roll up the rugs, and anything that was needed....he helped with it.
Ann and Kelvin were great to work with. Got us lined up perfectly for the sale of our home to the purchase of the new one without having to stay with family or a hotel. Worked with us every step of the way and kept us informed of any changes. Ann Logan told us she would find us a house the first day we met her. We had been looking for two months and everything we looked at got outbid on. The next day she had a house and it took six weeks to close because she found discrepancies with the seller and closing issues and saved us a lot of money around $40K total.
