Baylor Scott &White Outpatient Rehabilitation Center in Red Oak is a wonderful physical therapy center. It is clean and spacious. The entire staff is professional and friendly. My therapist, James Heckart, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Baylor Scott & White in Red Oak have the greatest Physical Therapy team ever that I have encounter. They all are very knowledgeable about their job, the office is very clean, and the receptionist are very professional.
They all really care about your ending result.

Diamond was amazing with my teenager. She was welcoming and friendly. Diamond helped my teen understand her treatment plan and treatment goals. The staff in the office were all so friendly even at the earliest appointment times and the latest appointment times. I truly enjoyed every visit and every contact. My daughter enjoyed her therapy sessions.

Carlton and his staff have it all together. They are professional, courteous, and enjoyable. Great personalities to go along with great treatment. I would prefer not to ever have to go back to physical therapy, but if I ever do, it will be at Carlton's facility. Five star worthy.
