These workers are trying really hard. I could post a negative experience, however, I understand how society is evolving. They had three workers covering the entire morning rush because one worker decided to call out. They were slammed and it didn’t help we had a huge call in order for the morning. The website is not communicating with the store and for the second morning the order didn’t show up to the store. I would hate being blindsided with a huge order like this. The interface between website to the store needs improvement. And please be patient with the workers. They are doing their best. Anticipate adding some time to your wait to prevent any inconvenience.

I've been to this dunkin many times. Today's visit was excellent in every way. The two staff members were superb! They were helping multiple customers seamlessly. I asked one employee what time they opened. She said 5:00, but she was there much earlier, making the donuts. We talked for a minute. She said she loved her job! It made my day. I love meeting people who are great at what they do and are so happy it's contagious. I wish I'd taken the picture before we started eating and asked their names. Everything was delicious! Looking forward to returning soon!
