  They had exactly what I needed right there in the store. A little pricey but they had it. Didn't have to wait for someone to call me back 3 hours later like some of the other places. Sooo, I would go back there for more parts

  Awesome. I was in quite a bind... trailer hitch on my trailer literally snapped off leaving my trailer hanging on just by the safety chains swinging across all 4 lanes on I35. Two policemen tied it on with straps and I trurtle-paced my way to Hilltop Trailers. They replaced it and charged me only for the part... no labor charges at all even though they took almost an hour installing it. THUMBS UP to Hilltop Trailers in Red Oak, Tx.

  In a world of cheaply made campers, travel trailers etc and poor customer service..... Hilltop travel trailers has got to be the absolute best company I have ever done business with! I cannot begin to explain how wonderful they are and how far they go out of their way to help with ANYTHING I have ever asked of them! Unfortunately I didn't buy my travel trailer from them but I promise that ANY future purchases I make will be with Hilltop. Even though I purchased elsewhere, Hilltop has taken care of my trailer, questions (thousands of them) warranty work (even though it's none of their business) found every single part I have ever needed, supplied my propane.... The list is endless.. I know this review seems a bit over the top but people, trust me.... Every word is true! Thank you Hilltop for not only being the best company I have ever dealt with but being the best people I have met! If y'all expanded into a restaurant, clothing store or whatever else.... I'd forget every other business and come to you.
