O'Reilly Auto Parts

One of my go to places for car parts. The workers tend to be helpful.

I've been here twice on the last month, once with a battery issue and then again with a headlight issue. Both times I've been helped by Jose. Jose make sure I got a good battery for a decent price and even put it in for me, while carrying on a conversation. Today Nina directed us to the right part and explained the differences/costs to us to help us make a good decision. One again, Jose put the new part on for us in five minutes and had us on our way. These guys give great customer service and were knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for us today. If you've had a bad experience at this location, maybe the problem is you.

True story….Went to Auto Zone which was my BIGGEST mistake. Had battery and alternator tested. Test revealed bad battery. Paid 220.00 for new battery and guy tells me they won’t install it due to difficulty and told me I could learn to do it on you tube?!? Went down the street to O’Reilly Auto Parts and Nina was behind the counter. Explained to her what I was told at Auto Zone and she went out to my car, popped the hood and supervised her co/worker Joe on how to remove my old battery and how to put my new battery in. Joe within 10 minutes max had all this done. Nina explained her Dad taught her all about car mechanic issues as a child. She is super smart and on top of it. O’Reilly should be super proud to have her. She’s definitely a hidden gem. I hope EVERY woman reading this review goes straight to her for auto parts, etc. She made me proud with her expertise. Joe was great as well. I’ve never seen someone so efficient. They both turned my frustrating experience as a woman with car problems into a very positive experience. Especially when Auto Zone was zero help. Nina and Joe saw my frustration/desperation and helped. Go see Nina and Joe!!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!! We called ahead to check for availability of parts. Ended up changing an alternator. Definitely going to keep them on our
list of favorites.

Been here twice. 1st time was for a pig tail for my truck. Barb made damn sure I had the right one. And if not for her I would have grabbed the wrong one.

Today 8/8/19 was for a return both Barb and the other lady was great and was eager to help. I WILL be a return customer no doubt. Thank you ladys job well done.

9/13/19. Went in for 2 clips to fix the door handle on my truck. Barb was busy so I delt with the guy that was there. He sold me 10.00 worth of clips and bolts. The clips wasnt threadded but he did what he could. Barb handled my refund. An helped me get the right clips, Not having the originals I didnt realise they wasnt the bolt kind, and the right screws. As always 5 stars. An thank you Barb. Good job.
