(December 5, 2022, 8:51 am)I have to be completely transparent, I know nothing about cars all I know is that I got my battery changed a couple of days ago and my car was still not starting. I showed up to this advanced auto parts at 7:30 in the morning and the first person who greeted me was Richard the store manager, not only did he help me with my issue but he made sure to make me not feel stupid, showed me everything he was doing, walked through the process, and honestly made me feel like I understood what was happening after I was done he gave me some advice and told me if I ever needed anything to come straight here, I must tell you that for the rest of my life living in Florida this location of advanced auto parts will be my home and I cannot be more grateful to Richard and to his team.

(November 13, 2022, 9:20 am)Went At 8 AM on a Sunday. My battery had died and I got a jump to get there. Adam greeted me and took care of me within 15 minutes he installed a new battery and I was on my way. Adam was so pleasant and efficient - he is truly an asset to the Advance Auto Parts Company.
