  This is an excellent company!
  Old South Construction was very knowledgeable about the flooring repairs that we required, they were extremely professional and respectful of the rest of the house while working on our repairs/remodel/updates and they finished everything for our project in a timely manner. We are so happy with our results and have a few more projects that we will be starting very soon!

  I am so happy that I chose this company to do the work on my house they were so professional so nice I can actually say they were like family William was always on time on top of things Rachel as well they did a great job on my house it looks as though it's still brand new if you're looking for someone to do any work on your house these are the people to choose you won't go wrong good quality materials use good work just good people all together I love them if I need anything else they will be the one that I call on to get the job done thank you William Rachel and your crew for all that you done

  After we had water damage in our home, our insurance company sent out their 'approved contractor.' We got a copy of his estimate and didn't feel that it covered all of the damage to our first floor. After asking around, I was referred to Old South to perform an estimate for the reconstruction. William came out and showed me several damaged areas that the first contractor missed in their estimate. He helped us work with our insurance adjuster to repair the damage correctly. Hopefully we don't have another flood, but if we do, I'll be using OSC.

  Old South did a fantastic job putting our home back together after our water heater flooded our house! They worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything that was damaged was accounted for in the estimate so we didn't have any out of pocket surprise expenses. Their team was professional, and William did a good job of explaining the process to us so we knew what to expect. Highly recommended!
