I had a mixup on an order recently and called the store about it. I spoke to the Manager who not only refunded my item she also replaced it! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!! In a former life I managed a restaurant and I was taught to always go above and beyond your customers expectations. It's rare that I see any company doing that these days. Shout out to Maria! You are a star!!! You've got a Customer 4 Life!!! :)
