Dr Brown is extremely nice, very professional, and he knows what he is doing. He spent a good 10 minutes explaining my eye health to me and what I should be considering over the next few years. Office staff was pleasant and helpful. As medical professional myself, I know what a good office team looks like. These guys are excellent. I’ll be back for my annual follow up appointments for sure. The first appointment, we didn’t wait for even 2 mins when Dr. Shah came out to us in the waiting room to greet us and told us we will be helped any minute. She was very thorough during the procedure and she made my mom feel very comfortable. “Excellent service every time. This a great independently-owned pharmacy where they will get to know you as a human, not just a number, and care about leaving a good impression. Always an easy, friendly experience and much less stressful than dealing with the larger pharmacies. I now go to them for all of my prescriptions, vaccines, and quick supplies. She is so caring and considerate and beyond knowledgeable about everything that has to do with children's health. “Had my daughters first dental appointment here at IKIDS and it was a really good experience! The staff and doctor were supper fast , kind , and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was when I checked in the front office the “older” skinny lady answered my questions in a rude and unprofessional manner 🤨😅 I wanted to tell her something but I’m not that kind of person. But overall I would’ve gave them 5 stars if it wasn’t for that lady at the front desk 😴”
