“Great *new* facility with everything you need and even a wellness center (Diligent Wellness), plus equipment you don’t typically see at a regular gym. The personal trainers and staff are great people and Britt is a passionate gym owner! I’ve been training with her for the past three months and I’m so happy with how far I’ve come physically and mentally. My chronic low back pain was a big concern for me but she has since helped me regain my strength and prescribes workouts that are safe & effective. The classroom adjacent to the handgun range allows for class instructions and demonstrations to be performed prior to actively engaging the new skill on the target range. Knowledgeable, relevant instructors are patient with new shooters, and motivating to shooters of all levels. Firearm safety is stressed throughout the entire process and training.
