I drive all the way from Irving just to be seen by either Dr. Trammel, or his NP Tobi, who I call "Dr. Tobi" because they are trustworthy and extremely professional. Dr. Tobi has saved my life on more than one occasion, and that is the main reason that no matter where I go, be it if I move far away in Texas, or even out of state, I will continue to come back to this clinic. The front staff knows me very well, we often share stories of how our family's are doing and what not, and they really make you feel welcomed. “I’ve been there four times now - once for my daughter, twice for myself and most recently for my husband. First, the MRI technician for my daughter and myself were the same man and he was awesome. He made her feel comfortable and not scared - so much so- she wants to be a tech and came back with me when I needed an MRI. He showed her my scans after we were done and explained them a bit to her. My mammogram tech was also wonderful. The front staff is super helpful and fit us in same day for an urgent CT. They also coordinated with not only my insurance company but the supplemental one as well. Thank you for your staff going out of the way to make it easy and comfortable for patients.”
