Client care is top of the list from what I have heard back from people I have referred, and I don't just send people to whoever has availability and is "in network." If you want fluff and smiles, she isn't the one. If you want down to earth with real experience from a woman who cares you've come to the right place. “So far I give this place a thumbs up 👍🏾. The decor is awesome throughout the whole office and the kids had a blast! In the lobby they have a bunch of games for the kids to play and also a little mini theater! Now to me, the lobby can be pretty and all but how is the work from the staff? They were great so far! Very very friendly & informative. The doctor was nice and straight to the point. This is my 1st visit here so, so far so good. Definitely would recommend.”

“I have had a wonderful experience with each and every person at Pearl. They are encouraging and effective. The front office staff are all very sweet they are always helpful. And the girls that weigh you in I have always gotten in to see my Doctor quickly. The Doctor is not one of those Doctors with their hand on the doorknob she takes time to engage and support you in your weight loss journey. My Doctor has tweaked my medication once when I was at a plateau. And it worked. I have gotten to my goal weight and will start maintenance after the Holiday. I have tried so many different programs you name it I’ve tried it. But this time it worked an I give credit it to the help and encouragement of everyone at the Midlothian Pearl office. I had to buy all new clothes. Everything. Darn”

“Please let me share the best kept secret in Waxahachie! I have insurance but the providers on my plan would not respond to me when contacted. I knew I had a bladder/kidney infection that wouldn't go away on its own, so out of desperation, I walked into this Spanish-speaking clinic knowing they did not accept my insurance. I also do not speak Spanish. It was not an issue. I'm never sick and when I am, I am a pain in the butt. Maybe we all are when we don't feel good. I have never been so impressed with a medical clinic as I am with this one - all the way from the front desk, to the nurse assistant, to the 2 different doctors I've seen. The language barrier was NEVER an issue. If all clinics were as kind, helpful and caring as these people, our world would be a better place. Major clinics could learn a thing or two about the way this clinic takes care of its patients. If you have to go out of pocket, their fees are extremely reasonable. They are open 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Who does that?! They do! I've sat with elderly people, young people, babies and teenagers in that waiting room and we were all taken care of. I'm not easy to please and I don't like doctors. I LOVE THEM! Do not hesitate to take yourself or a sick family member to this group. They listen. They care. They are responsive. And they follow through. Ticks all my boxes. Kudos to an outstanding team! Muah!!!!!”

“Dr. Modi was extremely proactive in treatment of my kidney issues. He worked so smoothly and organized my treatments to allow healing between procedures and the pain was minimal. Had I not had the attention he provided during my bout of infection, I probably would not be mobile now. He and his staff were so informative and prepared me for each stage of my treatment.
