Had to replace shower faucet in basement shower insert with no access from behind wall. Hole needed to be cut through the shower insert in order to change out the faucet piping for new faucet. Nick did a fantastic and clean job and larger hole was covered with a larger faucet remodeling plate. It looks and works terrific. Nick came out in a timely fashion for an urgent problem. He showed up at the time he said he'd come, which is always appreciated. He did a thorough assessment, and relieved the obstruction. When, as he had warned us might happen, the obstruction recurred, he and the owner came back immediately and made plans to resolve it completely with some further plans. We appreciated the extra attention they paid to our needs.

Nick was polite and helpful; phoned ahead to make sure we were home; arrived within the promised time frame. He provided helpful explanations and repair options and prices to fix the problem and installed a new toilet that same visit so there was no need to wait for parts, etc. This was the second visit we'd had and his courtesy and professionalism was the reason we are repeat customer.
