  Martelle steyn is a really down to earth kind of guy the kind of guy that would take his shirt off his back and give it to you if you needed it, this world needs more people like him, I would rate him more stars if I could, the service he provided was excellent and made my self storage experience very easy-going!

  I recently relocated to Fresno, TX after retiring from the military. I found that there were several storage alternatives in the area to keep the many decades of items I have collected throughout my service and travels. I decided to try this CubeSmart location because of it's proximity to my home.
  
  After being greeted by and talking to General Manager Martelle Steyn I decided to look no further. Customer service is a lost art in this day, but it hasn't been lost on Martelle. He didn't provide me just a space (it was obvious that was what I needed). He provided me an opportunity to be part of a mini community. Not only did Martelle patiently guide me through finding the right storage space for my needs, he also gave me a tour of the facility and even gifted me some of his fantastically cured South African spiced meats!
  
  Martelle even made sure to follow up with me during and after my move-in to ensure that all my needs with his facility were met and that I was settling in nicely after such a long and pivotal move. Martelle's professionalism and personable spirit has shown him a person that I look forward to knowing better and made this CubeSmart location a service that I will use and recommend for a long time in the future.

  The staff was great and the service was excellent. I will always use these guys. Martelle is a real people person. Sharon is very knowledgeable with all of the products and services. Keep up the great teamwork. ????
