Tight buns and killer quads are just a bonus when getting to work out with this awesome FE family! First week is free, but you'll be hooked after the first day!

(November 6, 2014, 8:06 pm)I absolutely LOVE Fulshear Elite! The coaches, Dave and Heidi, are motivating and supportive. They definitely push you to do your best. When I started nine months ago, I never would have believed I would be doing the things I'm doing right now during the WODs or skill portions. The WODs are challenging and push you to your limits. All WODs are able to be modified to fit your own fitness level. The best part is the community atmosphere. The members motivate, support, and challenge each other every day and I couldn't ask for anything more!

WOD's are tailor made to combine strength, conditioning, and cardio and can be scaled to your needs. The community at Fe is second to none and you will find yourself with a group of friends that will help you reach your goals. Prices are very competitive and facility is conveniently located in Fulshear.

(November 6, 2014, 9:10 am)Great coaches, great members and a great sense of community. Each hour long class consists of a warm-up, skill/technique component followed by the daily WOD. The WODs vary in skill level, but even the most difficult can be scaled to your personal fitness level. The environment is supportive yet offers friendly competition for those who like to push themselves. For a cross training gym, the rates are very reasonable too. Awesome place & people.
