Two very nice guys showed up in the middle of a severe thunderstorm and repaired my dryer. They had to do most of the repairs in the dark using flashlights as the lightning knocked out the power almost as soon as they started their repairs. They identified and repaired the problem in about 45 minutes. I had a much better experience using Home Depot's extended warranty service than the last time which sent out a different company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
